One birth prep move you'd do again in a heartbeat
Due very soon with my first. For those who have been through it—looking back, how did you prepare for the actual birth (mentally, physically, or logistically) that you would 100% do the exact same way again?
And to balance it out: what is one way you prepared that you would NEVER do again or that ended up being completely useless when labor actually started?
