Lowering the age of criminal responsibilty?
If there will be amendments with the current Juvenile Law, what are your proposals? Do you agree to lower the age of criminal responsibility?
Lowering the age may not work at all. But I think they have to revise the psychological aspect, given some of the kids tend to do this due to bullying or even what they see or watch online.
